Middle Earth VIP Experience

IDNZ tasked Uno Loco with conceptualising a VIP experience for their clients who were visiting Auckland as the first stop on their NZ leg of a 60-day cruise.

The concept was to include the Middle Earth theme, a luscious Kiwi lunch, entertainment and a sense of fun.

Uno Loco proposed the Auckland War Memorial Museum as the venue. Guests entered from the stunning marbled Grand Foyer with its dramatic columns, and made their way escorted by costumed musicians to 'Under the Dome' for their dining experience. With its stunning copper roof and breath-taking 360-degree views across the city this space allowed the guests to take in Auckland from this amazing vantage point while being given permission to play.

This magical night of roaming characters, prosthetic displays, makeup demonstrations, live music and festive feasts was a huge hit. Guests wanted to stay and play rather than go back to their luxury cruise ship.
