Following the success of the previous year, the 2025 edition aimed to lift the bar with more attendees, more wow, more fun and an elevated overall experience.
Opportunity
The 2025 theme, “All In”, reflected the power of collective effort, emphasising that when individuals fully commit, the entire team rises. Uno Loco had the opportunity to bring this theme to life across both the conference and the awards evening, ensuring that every element of the event reinforced a culture of connection, accountability and trust.
Our response
For the second year running, Uno Loco delivered the full event production, encompassing creative identity, motion design, video production, AV design, theming, logistics, show calling and stage management. Motion design was a central feature, elevating the conference experience and creating cohesion throughout. Every detail, from coffee cups to presentation slides, was thoughtfully designed to immerse attendees in the theme. The opening video stood out, illustrating how individual contributions combine to create collective success and how going “All In” leads to legendary outcomes.
What made it special
This event inspired the Uno Loco team to push creative boundaries while ensuring flawless execution. The combination of striking visuals, compelling video content and a fully integrated design approach created a seamless and memorable experience. Attendees were not only celebrated as individuals but also as part of something greater, leaving a lasting impression of connection, achievement and pride.
