Bayleys National Conference 2025

Each year, Bayleys brings together its nationwide team for a conference that celebrates progress, ambition and collective drive. After ten years producing this event, our challenge was to keep pushing the boundaries - to find new ways to surprise, inspire and unite an audience that’s seen it all.

For 2025, the theme was Accelerate - a natural evolution from Never Stop and Masters of Momentum - capturing the spirit of speed, innovation and forward motion that defines the Bayleys brand.

Opportunity

The Bayleys National Conference is one of the highlights of our calendar - a large-scale production that demands equal parts precision and imagination. With a day of keynotes, panels and sponsor activations followed by a glittering gala for 1200 guests, every moment had to work in harmony. The opportunity lay in finding fresh creative ways to bring Accelerate to life - through design, performance, and atmosphere - and to create an experience that felt as powerful as the message it carried.

Our response

We approached Accelerate as a full creative ecosystem - bold, colourful and charged with momentum. From the seamless registration site to the spatial design of the Viaduct Events Centre, every element reinforced the theme of energy and movement. We reimagined the opening experience entirely: sound leading the story, surrounding guests in darkness before a pulse of light and music built to reveal the year’s theme. At every turn, the production pushed forward - 155 metres of LED, layered lighting and an ever-changing screen configuration that kept the room alive.

When night fell, Spark Arena transformed into something extraordinary. Over a thousand candles flickered across the floor, casting a warm, cinematic glow for the gala dinner. The Bayleys team were captured in a luxury portrait booth, surprise performances filled the room with joy and the dance floor pulsed with energy late into the night.

What made it special

Accelerate wasn’t just an event, it was a celebration of motion itself. The unity of creative identity across day and night, the daring technical design, the sense of wonder in every detail - all spoke to a partnership a decade in the making. Together with Bayleys, we’ve continued to redefine what’s possible, creating not just a conference but a moment that truly moved people.
