Blair Glubb — CEO

With his impeccable credentials as a marketing strategist, in recent years Blair has been building and growing digital enterprises. He was founding CEO of discovery business Localist, growing it from start-up to break-even in 3 years. His previous roles include heading Innovation Strategy for Telstra, leading FOXTEL and IBM’s advertising business for Y&R and Head of Consumer Marketing for Telecom NZ.

Craig Muller — Client Services Director

Co-owner Craig heads the event team and manages client services. His early years were spent on stage and screen as a musician and actor, he actually joined the business after a stint on Shortland Street. Craig is Executive Producer for all live events and is an acknowledged leader in the events industry.

Jared Ward — Media Director

Jared cut his teeth as a Jack Morton producer in New York and London where he worked globally with brands like IBM, Pfizer, Shell and Nokia, as well as Oprah magazine. Jared brings impeccable skills, experience and client-driven results to every project.

Troy Sugrue — Executive Creative Director

Troy is one of the industry’s best known creative leaders and strategists. His solutions draw upon the diversity of his experience in written, visual and performing arts, psychology, behavioural science and business strategy. Troy brings creative breadth and commercial perspective to solve business challenges.

Ian Lawley — Executive Producer

Three decades of running events across three continents has shown Ian that successful corporate event management is about two things: building the right connections and exploring the very latest innovations.

Ian’s passionate about maintaining an international network of industry experts and a complete geek when it comes to pioneering technology to create world-class show and event production.

David Lyall — Director of Strategy

David is our long-haired and articulate Director of Strategy. A mathematician, writer and brand strategist rolled into one, David has been working as a Creative Strategist in the branding world for most of the last decade. He also likes careering down mountains very quickly on a pair of designer planks. So talk to him about skiing!

Brenda Fairhall — Finance and Operations Manager

Brenda is a highly experienced professional within the financial industry with a strong track record of success. She provides and implements solutions in our busy finance department.

Cassandra Muller — Senior Event Producer

Cass has more than a decade of experience in the production world. Like all great producers she combines stringent project management with creative vision and technical expertise. She drives the journey from creative concept through to execution.

Alexandra Corry — Senior Event Producer

Prior to joining Uno Loco Alex ran the Pacesetters program for American Express Global Business Travel, creating exquisite events for some of the world’s most seasoned travellers. Respected for her creativity and flawless execution, Alex’s skills enhance our strong reputation in the incentive travel space.

Rebecca Clements — Senior Event Producer

Bex is our highly motivated and energetic senior event manager. Experienced in delivering local and international events to over 3,700 delegates, she juggles numerous competing deadlines with ease.

Allan Bitcheno — Producer / Director

Allan has a gift for finding the sharpest path to the narrative and the most beautiful vision to illustrate the journey. Like the best editors he’s a born storyteller, expert at crafting evocative stories as well as solving problems.

Harley Campbell — Senior Designer

Harley produces breathtaking images that tell their story with exceptional power and clarity. He’s got an eye for detail and a head for solving problems, as well as fabulous taste.

Ceapum Kaushish — Designer

Ceapum is a multidisciplinary designer with a special talent for illustration and digital design. She specialises in visual storytelling and brings a fresh perspective and valued creativity to our team. As a designer, she pushes boundaries whenever she can to produce unique solutions for every brief.

Jackson Croucher — Designer

Jackson has a talent for developing a fresh take on an old classic, and knows how to pull together a motion graphic treatment idea that is achievable within budget but far exceeds expectations. Nothing’s ever too much trouble for this guy, who leaves a trail of happy clients in his wake.

Courtenay Hollingsworth — Event Producer

Courtenay is our star Event Producer. With a background in Communications and over 5 years experience in the events industry, she brings a high level of organisation and people skills to her role. She is a committed team player with natural creative flair, turning ideas into action and always executes tasks with precision and excellence. When not producing events, Courtenay can be found brewing her own cider!

Sam McLaren — Event Manager

Sam is an expert in logistics and planning. He will go above and beyond for our clients and always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. He’s loved for his positive attitude, exceptional problem-solving and his ability to get things done.

Brooke Caltaux — Front of House and Operations Assistant

Brooke is the first friendly face to greet you when you come visit us. Besides multitasking and supporting everyone in the office, Brooke makes sure we have enough wine and coffee to keep functioning and producing magic. P.S. dogs are her secret obsession!
