Opportunity: For the last two years Uno Loco has supported Vodafone with their ‘Mates’ activation at the VNZMA’s. In 2017 we were tasked with taking 2016’s great activation and make it an even cooler and more shareable – This time with 1400 guests!
Uno Loco’s role was to manage the Mates activation on the day, including all on-ground ticketing, while making sure all Vodafone mates had the VIP treatment.
Solution: We delivered an epic only-with-Mates experience for youth customers aged 16-24. 1400 young customers and their mates walked the purple Mates carpet, they were snapped by photographers and sat in their own dedicated #VNZMATES zone in the arena.
Before the show started they could get a short video taken of themselves at a green screen activation which they could share in social. In the arena they sat in the exclusive Mates zone that had bold Vodafone Mates branding for the full audience to see.
Result: We delivered a seamless fun VIP experience to all our Mates.
