Opportunity: Every year MediaWorks hosts a key customer and client event, however, it’s not every year you do a major rebrand. We were asked to produce an event to celebrate and reveal the new MediaWorks brand and content for the year ahead. The event was to be a garden party theme and two tiered – a stakeholder session followed by a more casual event for their staff in the evening.
Solution: We created a multi layered Garden Party themed event for both occasions with a beautifully styled sit down lunch for 420 guests, and a relaxed evening celebrations for 400 from the industry – complete with iconic Auckland food trucks and pop up activations showcasing MediaWorks’ amazing portfolio of brands and music. Having to relocate the event into an indoor venue within 4 days, the team worked tirelessly to transform The Cloud into a Garden Oasis.
Result: A stellar event, perfectly executed, a great showcase for MediaWorks brand launch for 2018.
