In 2025, Xero set out to double its impact, hosting two events for 100 delegates each, across the North and South Islands – and partnered with Uno Loco to bring this vision to life.

Opportunity

The brief was clear: create an environment that felt elevated, intentional and deeply human. This wasn’t about another conference. It was about building community – offering Xero’s partners a space to share ideas, spark fresh thinking and feel part of something bigger. The challenge lay in delivering two mirrored experiences that celebrated the unique character of each location while maintaining a seamless brand narrative.

Our response

Working closely with Xero and our supplier partners, we brought the Advisory Summit to life through two beautifully considered events in Glenorchy and Taupō. Each summit shared the same foundation - a design-led, content-rich experience – but was infused with subtle touches inspired by its surroundings.

Guests moved through thoughtfully curated spaces that encouraged both focus and flow, from plenary sessions to stunning breakout settings. Every detail, from revitalising wellness sips and personalised gifting to those small, unexpected moments of delight, was designed to nurture connection and spark conversation.

What made it special

The Xero Partner Advisory Summit stood apart as a celebration of people and place. By transforming the traditional corporate format into something immersive and human-centred, we created an experience that didn’t just inform – it inspired. Across both islands, delegates left feeling recharged, connected and proud to be part of Xero’s forward-looking community.
